Tonight we grilled Portobello mushrooms and ate them on a plate ( rather than a bun like we usually do) with stir fired bok choy and garlic mashed cauliflower. A completely delicious and vege meal.

Tues. May 28, 2013 - and still more rain !!!!
Mike went in to town to work today - filing Q2 tasks. I did two yurts by myself - seems like nothing:). The rain was on again off again all day long. I did a high tide beach walk after dinner during a break in the showers.
