I made my chicken noodle casserole with the last chicken breast from the Encinitas farmer's market chicken. Interesting to do it from memory because we did not bring any cookbooks from Woodhaven. We did not want to take up the space, and there are recipes on the internet. It turned out delicious.
The park is gearing up for Memorial Day weekend, but it is supported to me wet, so we'll see... Right now it looks like this

This is the view from our bedroom window, looking down the campground road to the ocean. It is a constant stream of people walking to the beach. The yurts are behind us, so even when the campground is empty, there are people in the yurts who are also warm and cozy.
