Mon - Wed. June 2 - 4, 2014 Litchfield, Illinois

These few days are a comfortable break in the action for us, we stayed put in one site for four nights at a nearly vacant spot in central Illinois

                                        We discovered the historic significance of Route 66
from our server at Ariston Cafe.

She told us they get people from all over the world who have come to travel the distance of Route 66 from Chicago Il to Santa Monica CA.
We worked in Chatty and enjoyed the pool at our park one day
and worked in the local Library in Litchfield another day.
And for entertainment, we learned how to rent movies from Red Box to save our data usage on our Verizon mobile plan ( streaming movies is a big user of our 20 G of data per month and we are out of data this month - 5 days too early

)
