Tues. June 25, 2013 - get away day. New Hogan to Auburn

We did another productive trash pick along the campground roadway and one campsite loop to complete our 60 hours of volunteer work for the 3 week period.  We turned in our radio, paint supplies and paperwork at HQ (headquarters) then hit the road for the almost 2 hour drive to Auburn.

We stayed in town for the afternoon - I got my hair cut and we did client work. 

Then we drove up to our resting spot near Lake of the Pines to park in Jenny's upper driveway.....

where I leave my car while not in town.  Thanks, Jenny and Pat - it is a very comfortable spot and every bit as beautiful as Cape Lookout and New Hogan Lake!
