Today we moved off camp host site 110 to make way for the incoming hosts Dick and Kay who will be here for the next four months and wanted time to get settled in their spot before they begin hosting. We traded our last three days in site 110 to them in exchange for them taking our Wed AM shift, so we are all done camp hosting.
We moved to a no-hookup ocean front site #53. It is terrific! We can finally hear the ocean again like we did at Carlsbad State Beach

Tonight we had a pot-luck dinner with the current hosts at Pete and Pat's campsite site two doors down. It was an easy commute to a party and a fun night. Ranger Chris Larkin ( camp host coordinator) and Park Aide Brandon showed up for a while too.
