Today was a normal workday - TBC biz in the AM and another 5 yurts in the afternoon. This morning I got out my RV sized 6 cup crock pot and made split pea soup in the AM, so after yurt work, we went for a short beach walk, then came home to delicious and easy soup and salad dinner. I am getting the hang of cooking in such a small space, and figured out how to expand my counter space by 200% by placing two cutting boards over a bowl in the sink to cover one half of the double sink. When you only have 12 square inches of counter space and you triple it, that makes a BIG difference:)

Feb. 11, 2013 - Day 42: Split Pea Soup
