to count the money collected over the last few weeks in the "Iron Ranger" self-pay posts. It would have been a great picture - a very large pile of $1's with some $5's, $10, and $20's for good measure, but I couldn't bring myself to take the money picture, so I got the QH building instead. It took us an hour to open the envelopes and pile the money on the table, then another 1.5 hours to stack and count it. Quite a perfect job for me:).
Tonight a cooked an eggplant , vegetable, bulgar stir fry dish with the eggplant we got last Friday at Angels Camp. Tasty! then another after dark stroll through the campground before bed.
