Thurs. Aug 29, 2013 - Off to a good start

We had lots of local errands this morning:  one client visit and Mike's NSGC public filing, bank, eye glasses, groceries, lunch at Katrinas, a trip by storage after emptying the Jeep into the bug,  a visit to see Mom T and finally, drop the bug at Jenny's house.  Then down to Sac to visit Dad before heading north toward Oregon.

First stop, Rolling Hills Casino on I-5 near Corning.  We went in for buffet and discovered we could get 1/2 price with a casino VIP card.  Card sign-up gave us each $10 to spend in the casino, so we played - first time in years and I won at the slots.  200 quarters from one spin and Denise cashed out with a smile!

 

Feels like we are off to a good start on the next trip to Oregon.
